Goals: Have a solid week and shoot for about 330 minutes

Friday, 9/14: 25 minutes. Short run
Thursday, 9/13: 50 minutes. Not as long as I wanted for today, but held a solid pace and kicked the last mile in around sub 6 to low 5 pace. Need more runs like this.
Wednesday, 9/12: 60 minutes. Took yesterday off (this is why I don't take one day off. Sequentially I take more.) Decided to switch to morning running so got up with M at 5:45 and ran for about an hour. Stopped in the middle because I had to shit. Ran an ok pace, but slightly slower than the last time I did this run. Felt fine.
Monday, 9/10: 15 minutes. Wouldn't have ran so short, but managed to catch up with tech team for an easy afternoon south field jog and core workout.
Sunday, 9/9: 25 minutes. Got home really tired, so I just went through a trot to the dog park in culver city where I met marisol and got a ride home.
Saturday, 9/8: 76 minutes. Ran farther through the catalina mountains, got dehydrated so I turned around and ran back.
