9/14 - 9/20

Monday - felt like shit.. jogged a few laps at the park

Tuesday - still felt like shit... jogged less

Wednesday - Been beat up more psychologically than mentally, i think. Convinced myself to run 5-6ish

Thursday - Ran about 4 miles.. I don't know what this funk I've been in is. I feel like I really need to stretch more too, maybe that will help.
